Congressional Airline Survey
The following survey was sent to all members of Congress on May 2, 2018 and May 23, 2018. The letter below was sent with the May 23 mailing:
Dear Member of Congress:
On May 2, 2018, I sent a letter to Members of Congress, asking for transparency on any special perks and privileges granted by the airline industry that they or their staff may have accepted. As of now, we have not received a response from your office.
Kindly complete the questionnaire on the following page and return it by email, fax, or mail to me at your earliest convenience.
